Randall Remodeling LLC is committed to making its website usable by people with disabilities and improving access to information about our services.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our accessibility target. Our work includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive image text, readable contrast, labeled forms and clear feedback, responsive layouts, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site regularly and work to address barriers as we find them. This statement describes our approach; it is not a certification of complete conformance.
Need help or want to report a barrier?
If you have difficulty using any part of the site, please tell us which page or feature caused the problem and how you would prefer us to help. You can include your browser or assistive technology if useful, but you do not need to share medical information.

We usually respond within 24–48 hours, often sooner. Let us know your preferred way to communicate.
Third-party features
Project requests are processed through Basin. Some submission or confirmation screens are provided by that service. If a third-party feature creates a barrier, please contact us so we can help and investigate.
Ongoing review
Our regular website checks include accessibility features and reported problems. We continue to improve the site as its content and services change.
